1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car in the C SP area.

On March 1, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.207% in blood around 23:40 on March 1, 2016, and led the Defendant to turn to the left from the direction of the complete global area to the intersection of the private distance in front of the point of completion of the National Bank at 348 paths in Gwangju Mine-gu, as the airside of Gwangju Mine-gu.

Since there is a place where the center line of yellow solid lines has been installed, in such a case, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to pass along the right side without breaking the center line.
