On May 19, 2018, the Defendant driven a B horse with alcohol content of about 0.142% at approximately 72km from the Do near the calendar station in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City to the 72-ro, Yanpo-si, Yanpo-si, Yan-si, Yan-si, Gyeonggi-do to the front road of about 30-do, Yanpo-si, Yan-si, Seoul, the Defendant driven a B horse car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.142%.
