A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 31, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 700,000 to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and a fine of KRW 1.5 million to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving) at the Cheongju District Court on November 9, 2016, respectively.

On April 8, 2017, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol leveling of about 0.114% of the blood alcohol level without the driver’s license, from the jun-si 31 jun-ro 72 jun-ro ju, from the jun-ro 72 jun-ro jun, to the jun-ro 48 jun-ro jun-ro jun-ro jun-ro jun.
