Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and by a fine of 15 million won, and imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by a fine of 8 million won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 2015, the Defendants’ co-principal activities: (a) leased 506, 1306, 1408, and 1806 of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Etel; (b) employed approximately five women including F as female workers of sexual traffic; (c) used the trade name of the business establishment in the process of operating a sexual traffic business establishment prior to the use of the trade name in order to “G”, “H”, “I”, “J”, “K”, etc.; and (d) notified the above trade name to the “L,” which is an advertising site of the Internet commercial sex business establishment, from many unspecified male customers who discovered it one time to receive KRW 130,000 from 140,000 in return for sexual traffic; and (b) Defendant B, from July 2016 to 200, decided that the said commercial sex business establishment will have a sexual intercourse with the said female employees; and (b) Defendant B, as Defendant 2’s affiliated with the Defendant 100-child business establishment.

On August 9, 2016, the Defendants received 140,000 won from 20 males on the name in which the above Internet advertising site was reported and found at around 22:30 of the above Officetel No. 1408 on August 9, 2016, and caused the above F to have sexual intercourse.

Accordingly, Defendant A independently arranged sexual traffic from September 2015, and Defendants conspired from July 2016 to August 9, 2016 to arrange sexual traffic.

2. Defendant B’s sole criminal conduct: (a) between July 15, 2016 and August 9, 2016, the Defendant leased heading 705, 1105, and (b) hires female employees of sexual traffic with the name of “N” and “O”; and (c) hires female employees of commercial sex acts using the name of “N” and “L,” etc., a website for the Internet commercial sex acts.
