Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, each of the above defendants is against the defendants for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A (A), Defendant B (hereinafter “A”), and Defendant B (hereinafter “B,” hereinafter referred to as “B”) treated each psychotropic drug as a kind of “YBA” (hereinafter referred to as “AB”) and “YBA” (hereinafter referred to as “AB”) as follows, notwithstanding the fact that they are not narcotics handlers residing in the same domestic place:

1. Defendant A
