Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants are not authorized to handle the psychotropic drugs as illegal aliens of their nationality, and they cannot deal with Mesophopic clopics (one philopopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), and albs (including philopon components; hereinafter referred to as “copon components”).
1. Joint and joint crimes committed by the Defendants
