Punishment of the crime

1. At around 15:00 on July 15, 2013, the Defendant has a dispute with the victim C in the Busan Detention House 14 Dong Dong, Busan High-dong, Busan High-gu, about 15:00.

The victim threatened the victim by making a speech and behavior that seems to inflict any harm on the life or body of the victim, such as "I am, dead, dead, and discarded, to 10 to 5 to 10 to am dead."

2. Around 13:00 on July 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) made the victim’s speech and behavior that seems to inflict bodily harm on the victim’s life or body, such as the victim’s “10 times off,” and “the victim’s death shall be discarded.”

3. Around 16:00 on July 22, 2013, the Defendant, at the same place, threatened the victim by making a speech and behavior that seems to inflict harm on the victim’s life or body, such as the victim’s above 2.

4. Around 16:00 on July 23, 2013, the Defendant, at the same place, threatened the victim by making a speech and behavior that seems to inflict harm on the victim’s life or body, such as the victim’s above 2.

5. Around July 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) made a speech and behavior that seems to inflict harm on the life or body of the victim, such as “to throw away the dead body,” and “to go off to five rooms on the 10 dynamics”; and (b) threatened the victim.”

6. On August 1, 2013, the Defendant, at the same place as 17:00 on August 1, 2013, threatened the victim by making a speech and behavior that seems to inflict harm on the victim’s life or body, such as the victim’s above 5.
