Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, with respect to Defendant B and C, it shall be for two years from the date of each judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On December 22, 2010, Defendant A was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment for special larceny in the Seoul East Eastern District Court on September 3, 2011, and completed the execution of the sentence in Seoul Southern Prison.

Criminal facts

Defendant

B was a person who was an employee of Dju, and Defendant A was an employee of Defendant B and private village, and Defendant C was a person who was a customer of Dju.

1. Defendant A and Defendant B, around 06:00 on March 17, 2014, had a telephone conversation with the victim C (years 33) who had not repaid the credit value of 490,000 won at D main points, and Defendant A had a telephone call with the victim on behalf of Defendant B, and had the victim talked with each other in the vicinity of the victim’s residence.

Defendant

A with a hack pipe (name 3 cm, length 110 cm) which is a dangerous object, found that Defendant B was loaded on his own vehicle and the victim was found to have come from the apartment, and then the victim was found to have come from the apartment.

Since then, the defendant A display the above pipe to the victim, and the victim saw the victim's face by drinking to the left side of the pipe, and the defendant B, who was on the side, was also in combination with this, when the victim's face was taken once.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly assaulted the victim with a hack pipe, which is a dangerous object.

2. The Defendant C, at the time and place indicated in paragraph (1) above, was assaulted by the victim A (30 years of age) and the victim B (26 years of age), and the Defendant, at the home of his own dwelling, went away, followed by a kitchen, which is a deadly weapon in the kitchen, and 19cm in the length of the kitchen (30cm in the total length, 19cm in the knife), and threatened the victims, respectively.
