Punishment of the crime
Defendant
On May 21, 2015, A was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Western District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Seoul Southern Southern District Court on July 10, 2015.
Defendant
A knowing the fact that the victim E is in custody of cash in the house with money as a gambling business, A knew that the victim E was unable to report the thief by illegal gambling, and attempted to steals cash at the house of the defendant B and the victim who became aware of the thief in the race track.
1. From November 16, 2015, Defendant A, at around 13:35, 2015, failed to extract a strip (one string, 110cm in length) which is a dangerous object that was prepared in advance before the victim E’s house located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul apartment 110 dong 110 dong 1103, and 110 cm in front of the victim E’s house.
