Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of two thousand won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant has received subsidies from the State, local governments, local education support agencies, etc., and is a head of Dpocheon Branch, a non-profit private organization that supports persons with disabilities and their families.

1. Occupational embezzlement;

A. A. Around January 4, 2015, Dpocheon Branch was selected as a local subsidized entity of “E” that assist Pocheon-do viewing. Around that time, the Defendant received the personnel expenses of the secretary general who works in F, operated by the said Dpocheon Branch from Pocheon-do Branch from Pocheon-si to the accounts in the name of the said Dpocheon Branch, and received them for business purposes, and kept them in the office on May 12, 2015, the Defendant prepared a written resolution of expenditure as if G had worked in the office of the above Dpocheon-gun Branch as the head of the said F Secretariat, even though G did not have worked in the office of the said Secretariat as the head of the said secretariat, and prepared the said G account under the name of 60,900 won for April 4, 2015, from around October 19, 2015 to 208, which did not work in the name of 300,000 won as the above secretariat.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the amount of the local subsidy of the victim D, which is a victim's association, using the same amount for the purpose other than the purpose of the local subsidy program.

B. Dpocheon Branch, an incorporated association, was selected as a local subsidized entity of "K" with the aim of improving learning disabilities' self-reliance ability from January 2012 to February 2016 and reducing the burden of protection of disabled parents. The defendant, during the above period, transferred subsidies from the above Dpocheon Branch to the account in the name of the above Dpocheon Branch, while keeping them for business purposes, he was employed as the above assistant instructor even though L had not worked as the assistant instructor at the above Dpocheon Branch office around February 9, 2012.
