A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Government shall not photograph the body of another person against his/her will, or shall not distribute, sell, lease, provide, or openly display or show any photographic substance in contravention of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Camer, etc.) or any other similar mechanism or device;

At around 19:10 on April 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) completed the course of a private teaching institute course at the entrance of the Guro-si C Apartment, the Defendant: (b) reported that the victim D (E) who is a juvenile at home, was suffering from a short horse; and (c) followed the victim’s cell phone (E) by putting the victim’s seat under the part of the instant apartment, and followed the elevator, and (d) taken the victim’s am and bucks of physical parts, such as the victim’s ambuck and buckbucks, etc., in video image from the middle of February 13, 2014 to April 25, 2014; and (b) taken the body of the victims’ names from the Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Si, Gu, Si, Si, and Gu, Si, Si, Gu, in the manner described in the attached Table 26 times.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera or other similar devices.

2. On April 13, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Indecent Act by compulsion) taken the body of the victim D (the age of 16) who is a juvenile at the same place as the above mentioned in paragraph (1) at around April 19:12, 201, and the victim took the body of the victim D (the age of 16) at the same time, and got the victim to move on the victim's

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the juvenile victim by force.
