Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, as to the defendants, the above two-year period from the date of this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants committed the crime related to the operation of the F site, with G, H, I, J, and K, openly recruited to operate the illegal gambling site. From the beginning of 2015 to the end of January 14, 2017, G is responsible for the establishment and operation of the F site, “sports soil,” which is a plebling website, under the National Sports Promotion Act, for the operation of the F site, with the right to vote sale under the said Act, from 13 Dong 13 to 1304 in China, G is responsible for operating the said site; I is responsible for recruiting employees residing in Korea to the Chinese office; and I is responsible for managing the said gambling site upon receiving a full report from the management officers; and Defendant C is deemed the manager from 10 to 16th 10 on June 17, 2015 to 200 on August 14, 2016 to 16th 21, 2016 to 216.

As a member of the above site, J and K, together with the above site, play a role in managing the site and reporting the details of settlement, such as entry of the game money and exchange, game registration, entry of the game game result, dividend rate adjustment, customer management of the Internet site and bulletin board management, etc., and charge the above cyber money, which is a kind of voting right, by receiving money from the members of the above site to the above gambling site operation account, and charging the above members to the above cyber money. After having the above members predicted the results of various sports games conducted domestically and overseas at the gambling site, they lose the betting if predicted, and if predicted, the method of paying dividends according to the dividend rate, and if predicted, it becomes difficult to expect the members to do so.
