1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. The Defendants, along with D, E, F, etc., posted a server in China and other foreign countries, and conspired to open and operate the “I” site (Domain: J) where the “I”, which is a sports-related site where the right to vote was issued under the National Sports Promotion Act, was fluently installed in the office (one-name call center) located in the studio or the office (one-name call center) near the G in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, Special Self-Governing City H, by installing computers, telephone machines, etc., and installing and operating the “I” site.

From Sep. 2014 to Apr. 1, 2015, the Defendants: (a) established an office of the above call center; (b) held the overall management of the above site by exercising overall control over the above I site; (c) received reports on the production of the above I site and the opening of the domain name from the Defendants; (d) held 2.3 million won per month in cash from the Defendants; (b) managed the above I site server by taking 200,000 won per month in cash in return for the management of the server; (c) E and F, as an employee of the above site, connected the above site manager to the above site’s entry of new members; (d) opened various sports events; (e) input of various sports events; (e) entry of cyber money into the sports market; (e) entry of cyber money and exchange; and (e) obtaining a maximum amount of KRW 00,000,000 from the members of the above site to the KNB account; and (e) opened the said cyber website in the form of “one and the next cyber games.”
