A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around April 27, 2019, the Defendant, on April 27, 2019, went on a top line of the subway C Station of subway C located in Busan Northern-gu, Busan, and was going on the direction of exit 1, on April 27, 2019, and taken a photograph of the victim’s body against his/her will, by inserting his/her cell phone in his/her name in the inner math of the victim who was in front of the Defendant, and taking a photograph of approximately five seconds of video images, using the device with a camera function, which could cause sexual humiliation or humiliation.

2. Around April 28, 2019, the Defendant, on April 28, 2019, went on a top line of the subway C Station of subway C located in Busan Northern-gu, Busan, and taken pictures against the victim’s body due to lack of name, using a device with 14 seconds function, which is capable of causing sexual humiliation or sense of shameing, by taking a cell phone in front of the Defendant, while getting on a top line of the subway C Station of subway C located in Busan Northern-gu, and going on the direction of exit No. 1.

3. Around April 30, 2019, the Defendant, on April 30, 2019, went on a top line of the subway C Station of subway C located in Busan Northern-gu, Busan, and taken pictures against the victim’s body due to lack of name, using the device with 11 seconds function, which is capable of causing sexual humiliation or sense of shame, and was going on the direction of exit 1.54.

4. On May 1, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime of May 1, 2019, using a mechanical device with a camera functioned by inserting approximately five seconds of video images in front of the Defendant while getting on the top line of subway 3 lines in subway C located in Busan Northern-gu, Busan, and going on the direction of exit No. 1.
