A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On April 18, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court on April 18, 2019 and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 26, 2019.

On October 30, 2018, from around 11:00 to around 21:00 on the same day, the Defendant stolen one bicycle with the amount of KRW 200,000 at the market price set up by the victim C (year 35) in front of the Busan Jin-gu, Busan, by taking advantage of the gaps in which the surveillance of the victim was neglected.
