Punishment of the crime
On July 2, 2003, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for larceny, etc. at the Seoul District Court. On September 8, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of five million won for attempted larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court. On February 2, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to a punishment of ten months for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court. 1. Habitual theft;
A.
