Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants, C, D, E, and F agreed to receive an amount equivalent to 50% of loans, with the knowledge of the fact that the National Bank provides “new desired weather” loans for low-income workers or small-scale businessmen only with the process of confirming documents issued by the National Pension Service, and then forged the above documents and received them and then receive them as a fee.
