B A Co., Ltd. is a business owner who performs underwater construction works at the port E stable construction site in the north-gu area of the port, and Defendant A is an employee of the above corporation as a safety and health manager who is employed as a site manager of the above construction site and exercises overall control over the safety and health affairs of 50 full-time workers.

1.
