1. Of the judgment of the first instance court, KRW 32,471,914 against the Plaintiff and its related thereto, from August 24, 2013 to December 14, 2016.
Reasons
1. Occurrence of liability for damages;
A. The Plaintiff, at around 18:00 on June 9, 2013, was in front of the Defendant’s operation “D” operated by the Defendant Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, the Plaintiff suffered injuries, such as 12 chests, 1, 2 clicks, 9, 11, and 11 (hereinafter “the instant accident”). B. For the safety of water-related leisure activities, Defendant and F are obliged to take measures to wear safety equipment and conduct safety education prior to boarding for users.
F At the time of the instant accident, F was aware of the fact that the route (14m) placed by the Plaintiff’s daily Ha was less than 18.25m ordinarily used by the general public. As such, F confirmed whether the Plaintiff was using the route 14mp, and conducted safety education on the difference between the time of the Plaintiff’s answer and the time of 14m-ray use and the time of 18.25m-ray use, as well as on the additional risks anticipated therefrom.
