From October 18, 201 to March 23, 2012, Defendants in violation of the Building Act due to the submission of an interim report on supervision made in a false manner were built in the above multi-family house, and construction of the said multi-family house from around October 18, 201 to around March 23, 2012, at intervals of 200 meters x 301 meters x 303 meters (average measurement value) at the distance of 200m x 200m x 300m (average measurement value) at the distance of 23m x 309m (average measurement value). On March 23, 2012, Defendants 2 violated the Building Act due to the submission of the false report on completion of supervision, even though the instant multi-family house was built differently from the design drawing as described in the foregoing paragraph (a), Defendant B prepared a false report on completion of supervision on the purport that the said building conforms to the construction design and the relevant laws and regulations in the E office located in Gwangju-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju-gu, and entered “A” in the name column of the reporter’s name, and then Defendant 2 side the name.
