Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a restaurant with a trade name, “C,” in G and 107.

No person shall employ any foreigner who has no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities.

Nevertheless, from November 1, 2016 to April 30, 2017, the Defendant employed D, China, who did not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment at the said establishment, as a condition of 4 hours per day and 7,000 won per hour.
