A is a person who was the owner of "(State)D" in the racing-si C.

In employing foreigners, the accused shall employ persons having the status of sojourn eligible for employment activities in Korea, pursuant to the Immigration Control Act.

Nevertheless, from September 11, 2015 to September 14, 2015, the Defendant employed the E (FF livelihood) of Chinese nationality, who is not qualified to engage in job-seeking activities, as an employee, on condition that he/she would give 5,000 won per hour.
