Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is referred to the lessor C of the land Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and the victim D leases the above land from C and operates the factory at the same time.

On July 20, 2018, from around 08:06 to around 08:46 of the same day, the Defendant parked a F deemed-type car, the Defendant owned by the Defendant at the entrance of the said parking lot, and obstructed the Defendant’s supply business by force by force, by preventing the victim from entering the vehicle used for business, on the ground that the victim used the parking lot in the E-type B, Nam-gu, Incheon.

B. On July 25, 2018, from around 12:00 to 13:00 of the same day, the Defendant is at the E parking lot operated by the victim D located in Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and the above A.

For the same reason, the above car parking at the entrance of the above parking lot was parked and the victim interfered with the delivery business of the victim by force by preventing the entry of the vehicle used by the victim for business.

C. On July 26, 2018, from around 08:00 to 09:00 of the same day, the Defendant is at the E parking lot operated by the victim D located in the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and the above A.

For the same reason, the above car parking at the entrance of the above parking lot was parked and the victim was prevented from entering the vehicle used for business, thereby obstructing the delivery business of the victim by force.

At around 09:00 on July 20, 2018, the Defendant interfered with the Defendant’s factory operation by force, by putting the complaints on the part of the victim’s equipment for the preservation and management of voltageing machines (4m in length, 4.5m in length) on the grounds that the victim used the parking lot in a low-level manner, and obstructing the Defendant’s factory operation by force, by putting the cresh in which surveillance was neglected.

E. On July 24, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around July 24, 2018, from the parking lot side of the E-factory operated by the victim D, the victim is parking lot.
