A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 01:00 on September 2, 2014, the Defendant committed an indecent act by compulsion by force against the victim, such as: (a) discovered the victim E (n't, 21 years of age) located at the same time; (b) causing the victim's her amb, her amb, and her amb, once, by causing the victim's amb, and the victim's amb, with his her amb, and having the victim's amb, cut off his son's sexual flag once.

On September 2, 2014, around 01:30 on September 2, 2014, the Defendant was arrested in the act of indecent act by force by the police officer H of the Seoul Seocho Police Station and the police officer I, and around 03:08 on the same day, the Defendant waiting from the fourth corridor of the Seoul Seocho Police Station located in 179 to the sexual violence investigation team of the said police station to hand over the disease.

At that time, the defendant, who was under surveillance of police officers, has been set up in stairs through the end of the fourth floor of the police station that caused the damage to police officers, and escaped through the door of the police station.
