A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 20, 2014, the Defendant committed an indecent act by compulsion by compulsion by force against the victim’s will by discovering that the victim D (the victim d, 41 years of age) returned home at the front of Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu Seoul, Seoul, and following that, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force by force by exercising the force against the victim’s will, such as deceiving the victim, spokinging him, and spoking his hand.

2. When the victim E (ma, 42 years old) who observed the Defendant’s indecent act place at the time, place, and place indicated in paragraph 1, the Defendant spits the victim’s face and spits the victim’s face, and assaulted the victim by drinking and spiting the victim’s trees and spits.

3. 공무집행방해 피고인은 제1항 기재 일시, 장소에서 신고를 접하고 현장에 출동한 서울서초경찰서 F지구대 소속 경찰관인 G이 피고인을 강제추행 및 폭행 혐의로 현행범인체포하여 순찰차에 태워 F지구대로 이동하자 위 G에게 “씹새끼 총으로 쏴버리겠다. 옷을 벗기겠다. 개새끼 죽여버린다.”라고 소리를 지르며 위 G을 협박하고, 같은 날 23:30경 F지구대에 도착하자 위 지구대에서 발로 위 G의 정강이를 1회 걷어차는 등 폭행하고, 계속하여 위 지구대 소속 경찰관인 H이 금속탐지기로 피고인의 신체를 수색하자 위 H에게 “옷을 벗기겠다. 씹새끼야. 죽여버리겠다. 내가 I와 친인척이다. 이 씨발놈들아. 총으로 나를 쏴라. 아니면 내가 쏴 죽이겠다. 내가 무궁화 4개를 알고 있다. 가만 두나 봐라.”라고 소리쳐 위 H을 협박하며 얼굴에 침을 뱉고 발로 위 H의 다리와 엉덩이를 2회 걷어차는 등 폭행을 가하여 112 신고업무 처리 및 현행범인 체포 등에 관한 경찰관들의 정당한 직무집행을 방해하였다.
