Defendant

A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. On October 10, 2013, from around 01:50 on the same day to around 02:20 the same day, the Defendants were married couple, and they drink and play together in the “E” ran tavern operated by the victim D (V, 53 years old) in Gwangju Northern-gu, and Defendant A got late to receive one’s own television from other customers. Defendant A her own television on the ground that: (a) the instant principal shop interroster, braceer, took the microphone of other customers in singing; (b) she took the music of the other customers in singing; (c) she took the other customers’ music, “I will see our singing, she will die, and she will die; and (d) Defendant B she sawed Defendant A, and she did so on the floor of the bar, and she did so.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly interfered with the victim's bar business by force.

B. On October 10, 2013, the Defendants engaged in the obstruction of the performance of official duties at the above site, around 02:00, in order to take the 112 report as the above fact into account, and to take measures from the Gyeong G and the slope H belonging to the Gyeongbuk Police Station of Gwangju Northern District, and Defendant A used the lush floor to use the G’s left head once in a single time, in which the lux, in which the lux and the lux are protruding, and in which the lux is protruding, the left hand in a single hand, in which the luxle luxbbbbb, etc. on the left hand, and Defendant B used the face of H who controlled Defendant A twice as drinking, and assaulted Defendant B with the lux spherbing the lux.

2. Defendant A

A. The Defendant who destroyed and damaged property is set forth in Article 1(A).
