Defendant
A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.
However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Criminal facts
1. From April 2018 to May 1, 2018, the Defendant posted a letter “A” on the Internet website “C” to the effect that he/she will immediately handle when he/she engages in commercial sex acts with a man who has caused sexual traffic to himself/herself and a man who has caused sexual traffic, and waits in his/her surrounding areas during commercial sex acts. Upon D’s consent, he/she puts up a letter on “A” to the effect that he/she will be able to see a large number of unspecified sexual buyers, and puts it into contact with D and commercial sex acts, and received them from them.
Around July 11, 2018, the Defendant, using a cell phone, made the F of the Sungnam F recruited through the “E” enter the said F in the vicinity of the H nature party located in the window G in Changwon-si, and had the said D met F at that place, and arranged the said D to receive KRW 130,000 from F at the Imho-si counter Jho-si, Changwon-si on the same day and receive KRW 130,000 from F at the Imho-si, and arrange for sexual intercourse once.
Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
2. On July 11, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) of Defendant B, who was aware of the fact that D and F are engaged in commercial sex acts by the intermediation of A, such as Paragraph 1, and D and D are waiting with A to run commercial sex acts by entering into commercial sex acts with D and going to the end of commercial sex acts. The Defendant confirmed D and D, together with D, that F had 1.30,00 won, left commercial sex acts. The Defendant immediately concealed F and 3 passenger cars going out of the above Iel, and stopped the said K3 car at the seat of Changwon-si, at around 22:55 on the same day, at the top of the said 22:300,000 won, and returned 1.30,000 won from F after blocking the said K3 car, as described in paragraph 1.
