When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 29, 2015, at around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) placed at the 1st floor health food copon of the first floor of Incheon, which was displayed in the display stand by taking advantage of the gaps in surveillance of the victim D; (b) one copy of the victim’s own market price equivalent to KRW 35,700; and (c) one copy of the “Truin & Stamin A” used by himself/herself in a plastic paper.
