Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

On November 3, 2016, at around 10:00, the Defendant filed a lawsuit in a way that, without obtaining permission for possession of guns from the head of the competent police station in the Busan Customs Clearance Division in Busan Customs Clearance Support Division in Busan Customs Clearance Division in Busan, the Defendant brought the lawsuit into the Republic of Korea by dividing the Defendant’s article into three places (Ma4, Ma5, Ma8).

As a result, the Defendant possessed a gun such as 2 studs of metal agents, CO2 caps, 20 caps of metal agents, 4.5m metal shots of old diameters without obtaining permission for possession of guns.

1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act concerning the order of provisional payment;
