Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 23, 2016, at around 19:50, the Defendant driven a D freight vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from around 10km in front of the Dong Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, which was located in the Dong Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-do, to the Cheongcheon-do, Cheongcheon-do, Kimhae-si, Kimhae-do, and the front road of the 139km-do.

Considering these circumstances, the sentence of a punishment immediately to the defendant is somewhat harsh, and it seems that the sentence is somewhat harsh.
