Punishment of the crime

On November 10, 2016, at around 08:00, the Defendant threatened the victim on the ground that the passenger car driven by the victim B (V, 29 years old) is blocking the street due to the contact accident in the front section of the region where the Defendant was driving a freight of 25 tons of freight near the Jincheon-ri, Cheongcheon-do-si, Cheongcheon-si, and that the vehicle driven by the victim B (V, 29 years old) was obstructed by the contact accident. However, the Defendant threatened the victim who was on the road getting down from the above vehicle, such as “the victim who was on the road A, whether the high-spe, spe, spe, and spathed.”
