Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 13, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment and 300,000 won of a fine for violation of the Automobile Management Act at the Seoul Central District Court on June 13, 2017, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 21, 2017.

The defendant is a person who drives a two wheeled vehicle.

1. On October 14:15, 2016, around 14:15, 2016, around 369, Cheongcheon-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul, and around 21, 2015, the driver’s license was revoked, but around 1.9 kilometers from around 93, 000 to the point of control at which the Seoul Dong Dam was sl125 wheel-do.

2. The Defendant operated the said vehicle at the above temporary location without purchasing mandatory insurance, even though he is required to buy and drive a mandatory insurance.
