Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a representative who operates food entertainment business (general restaurant) in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

A person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof after cooking pursuant to the "Act on Origin Labeling of Agricultural and Fishery Products" shall not make a false indication of the place of origin or make a false indication that may cause confusion with the country of origin.
