Reasons
The grounds of appeal are examined.
Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment and the reasoning of the first instance judgment maintained by the lower court in light of the record, it is justifiable to maintain the first instance judgment that acquitted the facts charged of this case on the grounds that there is no evidence of crime, and there is no error by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on
