Defendant
A is a person who is the chief of the neighboring site of the E Union-K E Union-K branch (hereinafter referred to as the "E Union-K branch") and Defendant B is an employee belonging to the victim F (ju), and is the chief of the E Union-K branch of the E Union-K branch.
E Trade Union and Chungcheongnam-nam Branch had been engaged in a part strike from January 8, 2016 to 17:00 of the same day from January 11, 2016 to September 300 of the same day on the ground that it was not faithfully engaged in wage negotiations in six J construction enterprises, such as the victim F (ju) subcontracted by the victim I (the victim) who was the contractor, and in the process of wage negotiations in 2016 from the victim I (the victim).
