1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;

A. From around 00:52 on September 19, 2020, the Defendant, at the main point, stolen at the Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, B, and B, at the D's main point of operation of the Victim C, the Defendant stolen the victim’s cash amounting to 450,000 won and USD 2,00,000 as the victim’s possession, and KRW 1,000,000, as the victim’s possession, in the case where the victim was in a carter where the victim was in a place where the victim was exposed to other customers.

A crime at G convenience store (1) around October 3, 2020: (a) around 01:55 on October 3, 2020, the Defendant purchased a face value of KRW 40,700 in total at the G convenience store operated by the victim I in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seowon-si, and presented one copy of the post office debit card owned by F, which was stolen, as described in subparagraph 1(b), and had the victim prepare and pay the sales pre-sale ticket.
