Punishment of the crime

Anyone shall be prohibited from contributing any political fund by means that are not prescribed by the Political Funds Act, and from contributing any support fund to any political party including the form of leading a political party's supporters' association as the supporters' association is abolished from March 13, 2006.

1. [2011 Gohap572] Defendant A is a local public official appointed on May 6, 2005 and currently serves as a local public official in charge of local administrative affairs of the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

On October 22, 2001, the Defendant applied for “Automatic payment of support payments through the Cmp transfer method” to the Democratic Labor Party (paid number K), and around October 27, 2006, transferred 10,000 won from the Defendant’s Cmt Bank account from the Defendant’s Cmt Bank account via the Cmp transfer via the Cmp transfer via the Cmp transfer via the Kmp Bank account located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, to the Democratic Labor Party established in the Cmp Bank’s Credit Business Department located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, for support payments from December 5, 2007, from that time until December 5, 2007.

2. [Attachment 2011 Gohap573] Defendant B is a local public official appointed on November 15, 1989 and currently serves as a public official in charge of local administration of L-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

On March 27, 2003, the Defendant applied for “Automatic payment of party membership fees through the Cmp fund transfer method” to the Democratic Labor Party (payment number M) and around August 4, 2006, the Defendant transferred 10,000 won from the Defendant’s Cmp Bank account from the Defendant’s Cmp Bank account to the Democratic Labor Party account established by the Cmp Bank in Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, to the Defendant’s Cmp Bank’s Women’s Federation’s Bank in the Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, for support payments, from that time until October 5, 2009 by the same method from that time to October 5, 2009, by transferring the Defendant’s total of KRW 390,000,000, in total, as shown in attached Table 2 of the List of Crimes against the Defendant.
