Defendant

A, B, C, D, E, H, K, L, M, P, and T shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won, and Defendant G shall be punished by a fine of 30,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Anyone is prohibited from contributing any political fund by means that are not provided for in the Political Funds Act, and anyone who intends to contribute any support fund to any political party before March 13, 2006 shall contribute any support fund to the supporters' association of the political party, and shall not directly contribute any support fund to any political party, and from contributing any support fund to any political party from March 13, 2006 when the supporters' association of the political party is abolished.

1. [2011Gohap569] Defendant A is a person who is currently in office as a Z elementary school teacher after being appointed as a teacher of a national or public school on March 22, 1991.

On or before November 12, 2004, the Defendant applied for “the party members (including the “party members”) membership and the “Automatic payment of the support fund through the CMS transfer method” to the Democratic Labor Party, and made a registration on the roster of party members (AA). On or around July 26, 2006, the Defendant transferred KRW 10,000 from the Defendant’s Agricultural Cooperative’s Agricultural Cooperative’s Agricultural Bank’s Democratic Labor Party established in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, from the Defendant’s Agricultural Cooperative’s Agricultural Bank’s Green Business Group to the Democratic Labor Party established in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, as the support fund, from February 25, 2008 through the same method until February 25, 2008, including the transfer of KRW 200,000,000,000 in total, as shown in the attached list 1 of crimes committed against the Defendant in the same manner.

2. [2011Gohap570] Defendant B is a person who is currently in office as a AB elementary school teacher after being appointed as a teacher of a national or public school on September 1, 1988.

On or before October 1, 2002, the Defendant applied for the “party membership (including “party membership”) and automatic payment of support payments through the Cms transfer method to the Democratic Labor Party,” and registered on the roster of party members (paid number AC). On or around July 26, 2006, the Defendant was located in the Defendant’s agricultural bank account from Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Steeringdong-dong from the Defendant’s agricultural bank account via the Cms transfer method, which was mediated by the financial settlement center located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
