1. On October 17, 2015, the Defendant stolen two credit cards (Korean company cards, our card BLUE) and five thousand won in cash (5,000 won) owned by the victim from the bank located on the vehicle after a year from the head of the victim Fernan-con vehicle of the victim F, who was parked in a non-place in Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as "non-resident") around 06:00.

2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit finance;

A. On October 18, 2015, the Defendant purchased capital equivalent to KRW 65,00 from “H” located on the first floor of the G building in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and settled the payment by presenting the stolen credit card (Korean card BLUE) to the victim as one of his/her own card, as described in paragraph 1, and then the Defendant was issued a capital amounting to KRW 65,000 from the injured party and used the stolen credit card unlawfully.

B. On October 18, 2015, at around 18:43 and 18:44 on the same day, the Defendant purchased 106,000 won from “I” located on the first floor of G building in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, 106,00 won and 3 punishment on the same as indicated in paragraph (1), and presented a credit card (Korean card BLE) to the victim J, the main owner of which was stolen as if he was his card, and used the credit card unlawfully by paying it with the said card.

On October 18, 2015, the Defendant purchased goods equivalent to KRW 10,000 from “K” located on the first floor of the G building in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City), and completed the F’s credit card (Korean card BLUE) that was stolen to the victim L, who is the principal owner, as described in paragraph 1.
