A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Doraber (No. 4) on the date of seizure shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around May 19, 2019: (a) around 06:35, the Defendant committed a crime (accomponation of a structure and attempted theft) committed on May 19, 2019. At around 06:35, around May 19, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime committed in Down-gu, Busan, for the purpose of thefting the victim’s property at D stores operated by the victim C, using the dracker, which was in possession for the purpose of thefting the victim’s property, entered the entrance by opening the lock door to the lower end of the entrance; and (b) subsequently, the Defendant attempted to commit the crime by opening the money receiver, the receiver, and the spon, etc.

Around 08:40 on May 19, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime at around 08:40 on May 19, 2019; (b) around 08:40 on May 19, 2019, at the G store in the operation of the Victim F, located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, for the purpose of thefting the victim’s property; (c) opened an entrance to the auxiliary entrance using the draber on the date on which the Defendant was in possession for the purpose of thefting the victim’s property; and (d) went into the entrance; and (d) cut off the sum of KRW 471,00 in cash by opening the money receipt and disbursements in the entrance.

On May 24, 2019, around 06:07, the Defendant committed a crime (e.g., intrusion on a structure and theft) committed at around 06:07: (a) around May 24, 2019, at the JJ from the operation of the victim I on May 24, 2019: (b) around 06:07, the Defendant: (c) used the date Raber which was in possession for the purpose of thefting the victim’s property; (d) attached the exhaustr lock; (e) fabricated the upper part of the glass door set aside; (e) intrudes into the said Raber; and (e) cut off the locker of the glass door set inside the said Raber by opening the 71,000 won in cash.
