[Defendant A] The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
(a) No person who violates Emergency Medical Services Act shall interfere with the rescue, transfer, first-aid or medical treatment of an emergency patient by means of assault, threat, deception, force or by other means, or destroy, damage or occupy medical facilities, equipment, medicines and other instruments for emergency medical services provided by a medical institution, etc.;
Nevertheless, at around 03:30 on January 5, 2019, the Defendant was receiving first aid from the victim E, who is a doctor in the above emergency room, due to the heat generated by the satise, and without any reason, destroyed the medical facilities of approximately KRW 19 million in total by putting the victim at a large interest at the victim’s interest, such as “When she comes off, she will not sat down, saturd, saturd, saturd, saturd, saturd, etc.” while continuing to put the washing screen and the medical monitor who received water on the floor for medical treatment.

B. At the same place at around 03:45 on the same day, the Defendant was asked to ask questions about the circumstances of the instant case from G in the circumstances belonging to the resident police station that was called out after receiving a report of 112 that the said date occurred. However, G made it possible for the Defendant to threaten G on his hand as if he were waiting for G on his hand at a hand, and put him into question about his face part, clothes, etc. by spreading the skin continuously being flowed by his hand, and by having G over his face part with his hand over one time.
Accordingly, the defendant assaulted G, thereby pertaining to the police officer's 112 reporting and withdrawal.
