A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall interfere with the rescue, transfer, first aid or medical treatment of an emergency patient by emergency medical personnel by means of violence, intimidation, deceptive scheme, threat or by other means, or destroy, damage or occupy medical facilities, equipment, medicines or other instruments for emergency medical services provided by a medical institution, etc.

At around 22:00 on October 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) moved to an emergency room to receive treatment with the left eye of the eyebrow while drunking; (b) went to the first floor of the underground floor to board the mobile bed; (c) but (d) refused to take a photograph while taking a bath and then again going to an emergency room, the Defendant threatened the victim C’s bed of a nurse, who was waiting before the first floor elevator of the underground floor, and was waiting in front of the elevator of the first floor of the underground floor, with a view to going to an emergency room, with a view to going to an emergency room.

The Defendant continued to have arrived at the emergency room again, and the victim D, who is a nurse, expressed his desire to d, “I wish to sing singe, sing to die,” and her hand took one time the part of the above victim D’s right side.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the first aid and treatment of the victim C and D who are nurses, and caused damage to the victim C to the scam, scam, and scam scam scam scamscamscamscamscamscamscamscamscamscamscamscamscamscamscamscamscamscams which require approximately three weeks of medical treatment.
