A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for six months with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Court on February 2, 2007; imprisonment with prison labor for eight months at the Seoul Central District Court on March 11, 201; imprisonment with prison labor for larceny; on November 19, 2013, the Seoul Southern District Court was sentenced to four months for the same crime; and on January 23, 2014, the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 20, 2014.

On August 10, 2016, around 19:30 on August 10, 2016, the Defendant placed the victim D’s “E” store located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and placed the victim’s share in the display stand in a bank holding a 119,000 furma male sports team at a size of 1,100 won.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

The Defendant, on August 1, 2016, 2016, 2016, 15:32 around 15:32, 2016, was stolen by putting property equivalent to the total market price of KRW 16,980,00, such as the Plaintiff and its employees located in the display stand in the said Mat by taking advantage of the gaps in which surveillance by the employees of the victim and its employees, such as the victim, etc., were neglected, on August 1, 2016.
