A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who drives a motor vehicle with B highest driver's license in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act (Non-accident).

On February 12, 2020, the Defendant, while driving the said vehicle with alcohol level of 0.065% around 08:40, while driving the said vehicle and driving it from the direction of the defeit distance to the defeitation distance, the Defendant: (a) had a duty of care to safely drive the vehicle; (b) had a duty of care to safely drive the vehicle; (c) neglected to do so under the influence of alcohol; and (d) neglected to drive the vehicle at the front part of the victim D (32 years old); (c) continued to receive the back end part of the E-end vehicle of the victim D (32 years old) driving while driving the vehicle at the direction of the F market to G Library; and (d) continued to drive approximately approximately 300 meters away from the F market to the front part of the vehicle of the Defendant’s front end of the vehicle in front of the same H road.

At the same time, the Defendant suffered injury, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks by occupational negligence as above, and at the same time, destroyed the said damaged passenger vehicle to take a total of KRW 1,445,597, and continued to damage the damaged passenger vehicle, which is approximately KRW 566,50,000, which is the market price managed by the Daegu Metropolitan City of the victim, and escaped without immediately stopping it and taking necessary measures.

2. Around 1208:40 on February 12, 2020, the Defendant driven a B-hand car with blood alcohol concentration of about 0.065% at the section of about 14 kilometers from the K theater in Jung-gu, Daegu to the first way in the same hydro-gu H located in the same hydro-gu.
