Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 2018, the Defendant registered as a preliminary candidate in the B election district of the 7th City/Si council member, which was implemented on June 13, 2018, with respect to the 7th local election of the Do council member of the Daranam-nam City, but failed to obtain the official nomination of the c party, the Defendant was elected by withdrawing it as a candidate for the c party recommendation to the D election district of the Do council member in May 2018.

On November 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was in the restaurant of “F” located in E, and mainly consisting of residents residing in the constituency, such as G and H, in leisure cities; and (b) was in charge of the president of the J organization’s supporters’ association located in the election district, such as having an office in the I apartment store at leisure cities around January 2018; and (c) was corrected ex officio to the extent that the facts charged are recognized as identical and the Defendant’s defense is not disadvantaged.

On January 10, 2018, 200,000 won as a monthly membership fee, around January 31, 2018, and around March 8, 2018, 340,000 won as a total of four times, such as paying 40,00 won as monthly membership fee to the volunteer group of the Defendant and the Defendant’s wife, and making contributions to organizations in the constituency by providing them with a total of 3,40,000 won as part of monthly membership fee.
