Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 80,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a person who won a B market at the 7th local election of Dong-dong local government on June 13, 2018, and was going to a candidate for B market in the 5th local election of Dong-dong local government on June 2, 2010, and was going to the 19th National Assembly member election implemented on April 11, 2012, and the 20th National Assembly member election implemented on April 13, 2016, respectively. The Defendant was a person who was fluent in a candidate for B market from July 2017 to February 2018 due to his work experience as the Chairman of the C Party D Committee from around 2014 to February 2018.

A National Assembly member, local council member, head of a local government, representative of a political party, or candidate (including a person intending to become a candidate) shall not make a contribution to a person in the relevant constituency, or an institution, organization, or facility, or a person having relations with the electorate even if outside the relevant constituency, or an institution, organization, or facility.

Nevertheless, at around 14:00 on January 4, 2018, the Defendant provided 12 persons including G, H, I, J, K, L, L, M, N, P, P, Q, and the Director-General of the C Party D Committee affiliated with the C Party D Committee, who are members of the C Party D Committee of the C Party D Committee, with food such as 174,00 won in total at the market price.

As a result, the defendant was a person who intends to be a candidate for B market, and the electorate and a person who has a relation with the electorate, and made a contribution amounting to KRW 174,00.
