A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The defendant suffering from a room room room by intrusioning on the victim's room room in a cresh in which the victim has come to know of the secret number of the Cbank card used by the victim who works in shift with the victim B (the age of 35) by using it, and then having a Cbank Card owned by the victim, and again having the above C Bank Card returned to the victim's room so that the victim may not be discovered after withdrawing cash using it;
On June 25, 2018, at around 09:20 on June 25, 2018, the Defendant invadedd the victim’s physical check card owned by the victim to the room by a visit not corrected with the knowledge that the victim was working in the room of the victim in the dormitory 2 room in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, and then infringed on the victim’s physical check card owned by the victim to the room in possession of the victim.
The Defendant, from October 2018 to October 10, 2018, intruded into the room occupied by the victim at least eight times in the same manner as the list of crimes (1) in attached Form 1.
2. A theft: (a) around 09:50 on June 25, 2018, the Defendant: (b) taken a 400,000 won by gathering and inserting the Cbank Card (H) owned by the victim and inputting the password known in advance with the withdrawn amount; (c) in a cash withdrawal that is managed by the victim G Bank rayer at the G Bank Cornam-si F at around 09:50,000, 201.
The Defendant, from October 10, 2018 to October 10, 2018, stolen a total of 6.6 million won by 15 times in the same manner as the list of crimes (2) in attached Form 1.
