Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On December 7, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for night building intrusion, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on December 7, 2017, and was released on March 30, 2018 and the parole period expired on April 28, 2018.
The Defendant is a person who has resided in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Public Notice Host C.
1. Influence against, and theft of, victims D;
A. On April 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was not corrected since the victim D was residing in the said public notice telecom; and (b) intruded into the door; and (c) carried out a set of 15,000 won in total as owned by the victim within the buri-gu located on the book.
B. On April 28, 2019, the Defendant opened a door that was not corrected between 15:07 and 18:53, and intruded into the said telecom, the Defendant left with one set of two clothes equivalent to KRW 300,000,000 in the market price owned by the victim, and with one set of 30,000,000,000 won in the market price, and 30,000,000 won in the market price.
Accordingly, the defendant intruded into the room possessed by the victim two times, and stolen the victim's property.
2. Around April 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened and opened a door that was not corrected when the victim F was residing at the victim F, and (b) opened a door, and (c) carried a stude, where the detailed market price of the victim’s ownership on the book could not be known.
Accordingly, the defendant intruded into the room possessed by the victim, and stolen the victim's property.
