A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of thirty million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 15, 2014, from around 23:2, to around 00:02, the Defendant expressed that, under the influence of alcohol, the police officers working in the said district would not be able to properly treat the police, on the grounds that the Defendant was in a zone C district of the Yasan Police Station C located in the Yasan-si B, and did not properly treat the police officers despite being being in a hospital, the Defendant expressed that, “I will not understand that the police officers are democratic police officers, spacife, people, spacife, and such things are the police officers.” The Defendant expressed that, while under the influence of alcohol at the C district of the Yasan Police Station C, the government offices of the Yasan Police Station C, the government offices of Korea, such as intending to smoke tobacco, the Defendant spacifed and spacedd with the very rough speech and behavior.

2. On March 16, 2014, at around 00:05, the Defendant: (a) committed an act of obstructing performance of official duties on the ground of the same reasons as described in paragraph (1) at the place described in paragraph (1); (b) a police officer sloped (43) belonging to the Dosan Police Station C District D (43 years of age) arrested himself as a suspect of violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act; (c) a police officer, who was in charge of committing an act of violating the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, arrested him/her in the act of committing an act of committing a crime; and (d) committed assault against him/her on

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes.
