A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

From August 9, 2019, the Defendant is a person who operates “C” on the first floor of the building B in Gangseo-si from around Gangnam-si.

Nevertheless, from August 9, 2019 to October 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received a rating for the game in the instant game room; and (b) Schlage’s game in the instant game room in the order of large numbers of four numbers presented by manipulating shot or burners; (c) even though the Defendant received a rating for the game with no result of the game, it was automatically carried out without the operation of shot or burners; and (d) then, at the time of the appearance of a specific background screen (hereinafter referred to as the “YU”), the Defendant installed 10,000 points for the game automatically carried out the game and made it available to customers, such as granting points of 10,00 points for the game; (b) 50,000 points for the game; and (c) 100,000 points for the first time for the game; and (d) 50 points for the game inserting in a separate settlement book, which are different from the content of the rating.
